1. What We Collect

• Account data — email address, name (optional)
• Usage data — videos created, credits consumed, features used
• Payment data — handled entirely by LemonSqueezy. We never see or store your card details
• Content you upload — audio, images, and text submitted for video generation. Processed and not stored beyond the session unless saved to your project
• Device and log data — IP address, browser type, pages visited

2. How We Use Your Data

• To operate your account and provide the Service
• To process payments via LemonSqueezy
• To send transactional emails (receipts, low-credit alerts)
• To improve the product using aggregated, anonymised data

We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train AI models.

3. Third-Party Services

Each processor handles your data under their own privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Uploaded content (audio, images) is deleted after processing unless you save it to a project. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing mailbox@kaatchiai.com.

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for session management and authentication only. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

If you are in the EEA, UK, or a similar jurisdiction, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Data portability

7. Children

Kaatchi AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact mailbox@kaatchiai.com and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
