Credits are consumed at the moment of generation. Because AI generation incurs real API costs the instant you click generate, consumed credits cannot be refunded.
If you subscribed and have not used any credits in the current billing period, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the charge.
If credits have been used in the current period, no refund is issued. Cancellation stops all future billing immediately.
Top-up credits are non-refundable once purchased as they are available for immediate use.
Exception: If a technical error on our side resulted in credits not being added to your account after a confirmed payment, we will restore the credits or issue a full refund — your choice.
If a generation fails due to a server-side error and credits are deducted, we will restore those credits within 24 hours. If this has not happened, email mailbox@kaatchiai.com and we will fix it.
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account will be suspended pending resolution. We strongly prefer to resolve issues directly — please reach out before escalating.
